Where is the Flatiron District?
The Flatiron District is centrally located in Manhattan, bridging Midtown and Downtown.
It spans from Lexington Avenue to 6th Avenue (east to west) and between East 26th and East 20th Streets (north to south), encompassing Madison Square Park.
Where is Gramercy?
Gramercy lies further east, stretching from 1st Avenue to Park Avenue (east to west) and between East 23rd and East 14th Streets (north to south).
It's renowned for the exclusive Gramercy Park, a private green space accessible only to surrounding residents.
Where is NoMad?
NoMad, short for "North of Madison Square Park," overlaps with the Flatiron District.
It extends from Lexington Avenue to 6th Avenue (east to west) and from East 30th Street to East 25th Street (north to south).

The Flatiron Building, completed in 1902, is a quintessential New York City icon.
While interior access is restricted, you can admire its unique architecture from the public square opposite or from Madison Square Park.

It's a serene spot amidst the city's hustle.
Union Square Park
Just two blocks from Gramercy, Union Square Park is a delightful urban oasis.

Union Square Greenmarket

Gramercy Park
